Top Film & Television Apps on Android in Qatar: Q3 2025 Performance

In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of the top film and television applications on the Android platform in Qatar showed varied trends in downloads and active user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Novo Cinemas - Movie Tickets experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at around 439 in mid-August. However, active users saw a notable increase, rising from 572 at the start of the quarter to a peak of 703 in early September.

muvi Cinemas, although showing minimal activity, had downloads drop to zero in the second week of August, with active users decreasing from 19 to just 1 by early September.

PVR Cinemas - Movie Tickets showed very limited engagement, with downloads and active user numbers remaining low throughout the quarter.

TodayTix – Theatre Tickets maintained a steady trend in downloads, hovering between 44 and 71 weekly. Active users remained stable with a slight peak at 238 in mid-August, before settling at 215 by the end of September.

Finally, VOX Cinemas saw a substantial increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads reached a high of 435 in mid-September, while active users surged to 734 in the same period.
